  • Job Overview

    We are looking for the polite, professional customer service representative who will be working closely with CS team members to provide excellent services to customer by making calls to the customer’s and clients for the proactive follow up on the cases assign or need to be handle queries as well as customer complaints to provide required resolution timely.

    The call center representative will be making high number of outgoing calls to the existing customer’s and inbound calls in some of the urgent cases will create the positive experience for each customer. Feedback response of customer’s need to collect for further action and follow up to resolve the complaint or queries.

  • Responsibilities and Duties

    • Interacting with customer by calls.

    • Engage in the active listening with the customer to gather the correct information.

    • Verification of information with customer’s.

    • Enter the follow up feedback details in system for future reference.

    • Improving services.

    • Closing and monitoring the assign task.

    • Highlight and work on exceptions cases.

    • Optimum utilization of resources, software’s, tools and scripts.

    • Building a good relationship of trust, reliability with team members and customer’s.

    • Taking part in training and learning to expand knowledge of company and position.

    • Adhering all company policies and procedures.

    • Overall customer oriented for better customer satisfaction.

  • Requirements

      Ms office knowledge.

    • Education level Perusing Graduation or Graduate will be preferred.

    • Experience in BPO or Call center or fresher’s.

    • Specific skills: Good communication in English / Hindi, Computer knowledge, Ability to ask questions and diffuse tense situation, time management and decision-making skills.

    • Ability to stay clam when customer is stressed or upset on services.

    • Ability to multi -task, prioritize and organize work.

    • Mail Follow up knowledge and skills to resolve the urgent issue.

    • Ms office knowledge.
